Order Cancellation Requests
Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it.

Because orders may enter processing, packaging, or shipping preparation shortly after being placed, cancellation requests submitted after the allowed timeframe may not be approved.
Cancellation Eligibility
An order may be canceled if:
- The order has not yet been processed
- The package has not been prepared for shipment
- The shipment has not already been handed over to the carrier
Once an order has been:
- Processed
- Packaged
- Shipped
- Marked for fulfillment
it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Eligible items may still qualify for return under our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment or processing, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
In such cases, customers may:
- Receive the package
- Request a return after delivery if eligible under our Return Policy
Shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable once shipment has occurred.
Customized or Special Orders
Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production or preparation has started.

- Special-order inventory
- Custom farmhouse décor products
- Limited production items
If customization work has already begun, cancellation requests may be denied.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
If you entered an incorrect address:

- Address changes may only be possible before shipment
- Once an order has shipped, address modifications may no longer be available
Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or reshipped packages caused by incorrect customer-provided addresses.
